中文摘要: 小米含有丰富的蛋白质、多酚、黄酮、膳食纤维等营养物质,在我国一直被作为儿童、产妇或老年人等特殊人群的滋补食品。许多研究证明小米具有抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、降血压、抗癌等多种功能活性。但是小米在我国的精深加工程度仍然较低。该文综述了小米的生物学功能活性研究进展,为小米生物活性物质的深入研究及产业精深发展提供参考。

Abstract:Foxtail millet contains abundant nutrients,such as proteins,polyphenols,flavonoids and dietary fiber.It is usually used as nourishment for children,parturient or the elderly in China.Studies showed that it has antioxidant,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,antihypertensive,anticancer and other functional activities.However,the deep processing level of foxtail millet is low in China.The research progress of the bioactivity on foxtail millet was reviewed,providing references for the further study of millet bioactive substances and the in-depth development of millet industry.
