中文摘要: 近红外光谱技术作为一种简便、高效的质量检测方法,为油料作物全方位检测提供了有效途径。该文概述近红外检测技术在油料作物生产领域中的相关研究,简述近红外光谱技术的原理及特点,详细介绍近红外光谱技术在油料作物种子品质鉴定、产地追溯、脂肪酸、芥酸及其他成分含量检测中的应用,并介绍近红外光谱技术在油料作物快速检测中的应用前景和发展趋势。
Abstract:The simple and efficient quality detection method of near infrared spectroscopy provides effective comprehensive detection in oil crops.This paper summarized research on near infrared(NIR)detection technology in oil crop production.The principles and characteristics of NIR spectroscopy technology were briefly described.The application of near infrared spectroscopy in seed quality identification,origin tracing,fatty acid,erucic acid,and other ingredient analyses within oil crops were presented in detail.The paper discussed the prospects and development trends of near-infrared spectroscopy in rapid detection and application in oil crops.Key words:near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS);oil crops;fatty acid;origin tracing;seed quality
