中文摘要: 为使冬枣在贮藏过程中保持良好品质并有效延长冬枣货架期,以白熟期冬枣为试材,采用不同浓度(0.5、1.0、1.5 μL/L)的 1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)处理冬枣,在(0±1)℃条件下贮藏 60 d,定期对冬枣的呼吸强度、可溶性固形物含量、抗坏血酸含量、硬度、表皮色泽、失重率和霉变率进行测定。试验结果表明,1-MCP处理后能抑制冬枣果实呼吸强度上升,减缓果实硬度下降,对果实可溶性固形物和抗坏血酸含量也具有一定影响,使表皮能维持较好的色泽,同时降低冬枣的失重率和霉变率。对比不同处理组可得,1.0 μL/L的1-MCP处理综合效果最好,能使冬枣在低温贮藏期间维持较好品质。
Abstract:To maintain the quality of winter jujube during storage and effectively extend its shelf-life,winter jujube at white maturity stage was treated with different concentrations of 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)(0.5,1.0,1.5 μL/L),and was stored at(0±1)°C for 60 days.The respiratory intensity,soluble solid content,ascorbic acid content,hardness,skin color,weight loss rate,and mildew rate of winter jujube were measured regularly.The results showed that 1-MCP treatment could inhibit the increase in respiration intensity of winter jujube and slow the decrease in fruit firmness.Additionally,it had a certain effect on the content of soluble solids and ascorbic acid,helped maintain the epidermis color,and reduced the rates of weight loss and mildew infection in winter jujube.Compared with different treatment groups,1.0 μL/L 1-MCP treatment had the best comprehensive effect,maintaining the quality of winter jujube during low-temperature storage.
