Abstract:Mycotoxins are metabolites produced by fungi growing in food and feed.Mycotoxins lead to food deterioration and loss of nutrients and also cause acute or chronic poisoning.The establish of rapid,sensitive and accurate detection methods to detect mycotoxins are required.This review discusses the application status and development prospects of molecular imprinting technology based on new nanomaterials in the analysis and detection of mycotoxins.The review will be a reference for future research in the use of novel nanomaterial in mycotoxin detection using molecular imprinting.
