中文摘要: 该研究利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)对青岛市、合肥市和杭州市三地茶鲜叶中的 9 种金属元素(Na、K、Ca、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、Mg和 Mo)含量进行检测。利用单因素方差分析、多因素方差分析和Pearson相关分析,探究产地、品种、季节及其交互作用对茶鲜叶中金属元素含量的影响,解析茶鲜叶中的金属元素含量与种源土壤中相关元素含量间的关系。结果显示:茶鲜叶中的金属元素含量在不同产地、品种和季节均具有各自的特征;除Mg、Zn和Mo外,茶鲜叶中其他金属元素的含量均与种源土壤显著相关。茶鲜叶中Na含量变异与产地×品种及产地×季节交互作用密切相关;Mg、K、Ca和Zn的含量变异与季节密切相关;Fe和Cu的含量变异与产地密切相关;Co含量变异与产地和产地×品种交互作用密切相关,而Mo含量变异与季节×品种及产地×品种×季节密切相关。研究表明,茶鲜叶中的金属元素含量变异与产地、品种、季节及其交互作用密切相关。
Abstract:In this study,the contents of nine metal elements (Na,K,Ca,Fe,Co,Cu,Zn,Mg and Mo)in the leaves of tea cultivated in the Qingdao,Hefei and Hangzhou regions were determined based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.One-way analysis of variance,multi-way analysis of variance and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the effects of production region,tea variety,harvest season,and their interactions on the contents of metal in tea leaves,as well as the relationships between the contents of metal in tea leaves and those of the respective elements in the soil of provenance.The results showed that the contents of metal elements in tea leaves from different origins,varieties and harvest seasons had their own characteristics.Except for Mg,Zn and Mo,the contents of other elements in tea leaves were significantly associated with those in provenance soils.The variation of Na content in tea leaves was closely related to the interaction of origin×variety and origin × season.The variation of Mg,K,Ca and Zn contents was closely related to seasons.The content variation of Fe and Cu was closely related to the producing area of tea leaves.The variation of Co content was closely related to the interaction of origin and origin×variety.While the variation of Mo content was closely related to season×variety and origin×variety×season.It could be concluded that the variation of the contents of metal elements in tea leaves was significantly affected by the geographical origin,variety,harvest season,and their interactions.
