中文摘要: 多糖是植物中主要的功能活性物质,具有抗氧化、免疫抗炎、抗肿瘤、保肝、降脂、调节肠道菌群等生物活性。该文对植物多糖不同结构类型及对肠道微生态影响方面的研究进行综述,为植物多糖进一步作为功能性食品的开发与利用提供重要的理论依据。
Abstract:Polysaccharides form a major class of bioactive compounds in plants.Reportedly,plant polysaccharides exhibit antioxidant,immunoregulatory,anti-inflammatory,antitumor,hepatoprotective,and hypolipidemic properties as well as regulate intestinal flora.In the article,studies on different structural types of plant polysaccharides and their effects on intestinal microecology were reviewed,with the intention of providing a comprehensive theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of plant polysaccharides as functional foods.
