中文摘要: 锶是一种在骨骼形成与维护中起着重要作用的生命必需微量元素。该文介绍锶在骨质疏松治疗中的研究进展,包括锶促进骨形成、抑制骨吸收的双重作用,影响多种信号通路的生化机制以及分子机制;重点介绍雷尼酸锶应用受限的信息;介绍锶的安全性;对锶的骨质疏松预防和治疗及其它生物学功能、锶的营养学等基础研究提出建议。
Abstract:Strontium is an essential in life trace element which plays a critical role in bone formation and maintenance.Advances of strontium(Sr)in treatment of osteoporosis were reviewed,including the dual functions of Sr in stimulating bone formation and repressing resorption;the physiochemical and molecular mechanisms of Sr on various signaling pathways;emphasis was placed on the information of the side effects and restrictions in therapeutic usage of strontium ranelate,the safety of strontium was introduced;suggestions were made on future research of strontium on osteoporosis,its other biological roles as well as the its basic nutritional and clinical data.
