Abstract:Hemp seed is contained in the medicinal food homologous variety.Rich hemp oil，hemp protein and microcrystalline cannabinol compounds are contained in hemp seed.Hemp seed is evaluated as having important nutritional value and physiological activities such as anti-aging and enhancing immunity.The preparation and stability of hemp seed soup，hemp seed wine，hemp seed protein beverage，hemp seed single beverage and hemp seed compound beverage in recent years was summarized in the review，in order to provide useful reference for the development and comprehensive utilization of hemp seed beverage.
