中文摘要: 以婺源皇菊为原料,采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken响应面法,研究婺源皇菊总黄酮的超声辅助水提最佳工艺优化及抗氧化活性。最佳提取工艺为液料比24∶1(mL/g)、超声时间31min、超声功率200 W,总黄酮得率3.641%。在抗氧化活性研究中,发现提取液的DPPH自由基清除率、羟基自由基清除率、超氧阴离子自由基清除率与L-抗坏血酸相近。
Abstract:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Wuyuan imperial chrysanthemum using deionized water as the extraction solvent was optimized on the basis of a single factor experiment and a Box-Behnken response surface analysis.Additionally,the antioxidant capacity of the total flavonoids purified was studied.The optimal extraction parameters were as follows:liquid-to-solid ratio,24∶1(mL/g);ultrasonic time,31 min;and ultrasonic power,200 W.Under these conditions,the total flavonoid extraction rate was 3.641%.The antioxidant assays revealed that the DPPH free radical scavenging activity,hydroxyl radical scavenging activity,and superoxide anion scavenging activity of the total flavonoids from Wuyuan imperial chrysanthemum were similar to those of L-ascorbic acid.
