中文摘要: 沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)是一种药食同源植物,含有丰富的营养物质和生物活性物质,具有多种生物活性和保健功效。沙棘化学成分以黄酮类和皂苷类为主,还含有丰富的维生素、氨基酸、微量元素等多种营养成分。食用沙棘具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血糖、改善血脂代谢等生理作用。沙棘的合理开发利用,能够带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。该文对沙棘的营养成分、保健功能和综合产品开发等方面所取得的成就进行归纳,为沙棘的深入研究和开发提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract:Hippophae rhamnoides(sea buckthorn),a type of edible medicinal plant used as a medication and as a health-maintenance product,is known to possess nutritional value,multiple biological activities,and positive health effects.Its major chemical compounds are flavenoids and saponins,but other possible major nutritional components include vitamins,amino acids,and trace elements.Sea buckthorn consumption induces antioxidation,antitumor,blood glucose-lowering,and lipid metabolism-improving effects,among others.Thus,the judicious development and utilization of sea buckthorn could impart huge social and economic benefits.This paper aimed to provide a reference for in-depth research and the comprehensive development of sea buckthorn by summarizing its nutritional composition,health functions,and current product development strategies.
