中文摘要: 茉莉花是中国特色植物资源,富含多糖类、黄酮类等非挥发性成分,具有抗氧化、抗糖尿病、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种功能活性。该文综述茉莉花主要非挥发性成分(多糖类、黄酮类)的制备工艺、化学结构及功能活性,旨在为茉莉花活性成分的理论研究与开发利用提供参考和依据。

Abstract:Jasminum sambac (L.)Aiton is a characteristic plant resource in China.It contains many nonvolatile components,such as polysaccharides and flavonoids.These components have a variety of functional activities,including antioxidant,antidiabetic,antimicrobial,anticancer,and anti-inflammatory ones.This article reviewed the functional activities,chemical structure,extraction,and purification of major non-volatile components (polysaccharides and flavonoids)from J.sambac.The reference data would support further research and applications of these functional components.
