中文摘要: 基于仿生识别的生物传感器作为一种新兴的检测手段,具有高效、低成本、灵敏度高和特异性强等显著优势,非常适合于复杂基质样品中痕量目标物的快速检测。为更好地研究开发新的生物传感器,该文对近几年来几种常见生物传感器进行分类综述,着重分析主要仿生识别受体和换能器的基本原理及其优缺点,以及它们在食品抗生素残留检测中的应用。最后,对仿生识别手段的发展前景进行展望。
Abstract:As a novel kind of detection method,fluorescent biosensor based on biomimetic recognition has significant advantages of high efficiency,low cost,high sensitivity and strong specificity,which is very suitable for the rapid detection of trace targets in complex matrix samples.In order to further investigate and develop the biosensors,this paper summarized several common biosensors in recent years,providing the advantages and disadvantages of the main recognition receptors,and their application in the detection of antibiotic residues in animal-derived food.Finally,their development prospects are prospected.
