Abstract:Donkey milk has been widely used as nourishment for thousands of years. Because donkey milk contains various nutrients components and bioactive，it is an important source of supplementary nutrients for infants，the elderly and the weak.The bioactive components in donkey milk and their health care function such as antibacterial，anti-inflammatory，antioxidant and anti-allergic were reviewed，in order to provide a new direction and theoretical support for the donkey milk industry.
