中文摘要: 该文将杆式超声变幅器浸入正丙醇-氯化钠双水相提取体系内,建立一种新型聚能超声-双水相集成提取方法,应用于藜麦总黄酮的提取,研究聚能超声辅助提取条件,采用响应面优化方法获得总黄酮得率和影响因素的多元回归模型,发现醇水体积比是影响提取的显著因素,超声时间、液固比和醇水比3个因素之间存在着明显的交互作用,优化获得最佳提取条件为:超声时间26 min、液固比28∶1(mL/g)、醇水体积比0.9∶1,在最佳条件下,藜麦总黄酮得率为0.361%。
Abstract:A rod-type ultrasonic horn was immersed in a propanol-sodium chloride aqueous two-phase extraction system,and a new type of polymeric ultrasound-two-phase integrated extraction method was established.The conditions of shaped ultrasound-assisted extraction were studied,and the multipleregression model of total flavonoid yield and influencing factors was obtained by using response surfaceoptimization method.It was found that the alcohol-water ratio was a significant factor affecting extraction.There was obvious interaction between the three factors of ultrasound time,liquid-solid ratio and alcohol water volume.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic time 26 min,liquid-solid ratio 28 ∶1(mL/g),alcohol water volume 0.9 ∶1,under the optimum conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids in quinoa was 0.361%.
