黑木耳银耳山楂复配对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢的影响

中文摘要: 探讨黑木耳多糖(Auricularia auricula polysaccharide,AAP)、银耳多糖(Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide,TFP)和山楂黄酮(hawthorn flavonoids,HF)复配对高脂血症小鼠血脂代谢及肝脏的保护作用。选择90只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为10组:空白组、模型组、阳性对照组Ⅰ(辛伐他汀)、阳性对照组Ⅱ(非诺贝特)、黑木耳多糖组、银耳多糖组、山楂黄酮组、低剂量复配物组、中剂量复配物组、高剂量复配物组。空白组饲喂基础饲料,其余组饲喂高脂饲料,连续饲喂5周后测定大鼠体重增量、采食量、脂肪系数、脏器系数、血清血脂指标、抗氧化指标、谷丙转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate amino transferase,AST)、肝脏、脑组织中抗氧化指标,并观察肝脏的组织形态变化。结果表明:中高剂量复配物组能够降低肝脏系数、脾脏系数、脂肪系数及血清中总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterin,LDL-C),而同时高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density liptein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平反而有不同程度提升。ALT、AST、丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)和动脉粥样硬化指数(atherosclerosis index,AI)水平也被有效地降低。另外肝脏、脑组织中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)以及血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)有着不同水平的提升。黑木耳多糖银耳多糖山楂黄酮复配物由于它们有效物质的协同作用,表现出更好的降血脂和保肝作用。
Abstract:To investigate the protective effects of polysaccharides from auricularia auricula polysaccharide(AAP),polysaccharides from tremella fuciformis polysaccharide(TFP)and hawthorn flavonoids(HF)on blood lipid metabolism and liver in hyperlipidemic mice.90 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 groups:normal control group,model group,positive control groupⅠ (simvastatin),positive control group Ⅱ(fenonote),AAP,TFP,HF,low dose combination(LDC),medium dose combination(MDC),high dose combination(HDC).The normal control group was fed with basic diet,and the other groups were fed with high fat diet.After 5 weeks of continuous feeding,the body weight gain,feed intake,fat coefficient,organ coefficient,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C),high density liptein cholesterol(HDL-C),alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate amino transferase(AST),and Liver,brain tissue and serum malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were detected,and morphological changes in liver of rat were observed.The results showed that the middle and high dose compound group could reduce the liver coefficient,spleen coefficient and fat coefficient,as well as serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)increased in different degrees.The levels of ALT,AST,malondialdehyde(MDA)and atherosclerotic index(AI)were also effectively reduced.In addition,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in liver and brain and superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in serum increased at different levels.Finally,due to the synergistic effect of their effective substances,the compound of Tremella polysaccharides and Hawthorn flavonoids showed better hypolipidemic and hepatoprotective effects.
