中文摘要: 探究口服暴露不同剂量的纳米TiO2对C57BL/6小鼠肠道微生物群落的影响。结果表明,C57BL/6小鼠口服暴露于纳米TiO2后可增加肠道微生物的α多样性。与对照组相比,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)相对丰度增加;拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)和阿尔曼菌属(Akkermansia)相对丰度减少。随着染毒剂量的增加,有益菌双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)减少,有害菌普雷沃氏菌(Prevotella)和幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori)逐渐增多。结果表明,纳米TiO2可适当改变小鼠肠道微生态,扰乱其生态平衡。

Abstract:This article explored the effects of oral exposure to different doses of nano TiO2on the intestinal microbial community of C57BL/6 mice.The results showed the α diversity of intestinal microbes of C57BL/6 mice was increased after oral exposed to nano TiO2.Compared with the control group,the relative abundance of Firmicutes increased;the relative abundance of Bacteroides and Akkermansia decreased.With the exposure dose escalated,the relative abundance of the beneficial bacteria Bifidobacterium was decreased,and the harmful bacteria Prevotella and Helicobacter pylori was gradually increased.In summary,nano TiO2could appropriately change the intestinal microbiome of mice and disturb its ecological balance.
