响应面优化核桃分心木多酚超声辅助提取工艺

中文摘要: 以核桃分心木为原料,利用响应面法对提取核桃分心木中多酚的工艺条件进行优化。在单因素试验的基础上,选取料液比、乙醇体积分数、超声时间、超声温度为自变量,根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,以多酚的提取率为响应值进行响应面分析。结果表明,核桃分心木多酚最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶62(g/mL),乙醇体积分数50%,超声时间50 min,超声温度71℃,多酚提取率为6.98%。

Abstract:Diaphragma juglandis fructus was used as materials.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenols from diaphragma juglandis fructus was studied by response surface methodology.On the basis of single factor,the material liquid ratio,ethanol concentration and ultrasonic temperature were selected as independent variables,and the extraction rate of polyphenols was taken as the Box-Behnken center composite design of response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:material liquid ratio was 1 ∶62(g/mL),ethanol concentration was 50%,ultrasonic time was 50 min,ultrasonic temperature was 71℃,and the extration rate of total polyphenols from diaphragma juglandis fructus was 6.98%.
