人参鹿茸复方及单组分酒剂对小鼠抗疲劳作用的研究

中文摘要: 探索人参鹿茸复方酒剂及单个组分(人参、鹿茸、黄精、红景天)酒剂对小鼠缓解体力疲劳作用的影响。选择正常小鼠随机分为9组:空白组、酒基对照组、人参鹿茸复方低中高组、人参组、鹿茸组、黄精组、红景天组。灌胃30 d后,进行负重游泳实验、血浆尿素测定、血乳酸测定以及肝糖原测定。分析人参鹿茸复方酒剂以及单个组分酒剂对小鼠体力疲劳的影响。复方中剂量组(M组)、高剂量组(H组)以及各单组分组均可以显著提高负重游泳时间(P<0.05)。复方中剂量组(M组)、人参组、红景天组可显著降低小鼠血浆尿素水平(P<0.05)。中剂量组(M组)、鹿茸组、红景天组血乳酸曲线下面积明显降低(P<0.05)。人参、鹿茸、黄精、红景天合用,具有协同增效的作用,可以增强抗疲劳能力。

Abstract:The study was designed to determine the effect of compound ginseng-antler liquor and single herbs liquor in Mice.The mice were randomly divided into 9 groups:blank control group,wine group.Low,medium and high three dose groups of compound ginseng-antler were set,ginseng group,antler group,Polygonatum sibiricum group,rhodiola group.All groups were treated by gavage for 30 consecutive days,Then the Antifatigue effect was analyzed by fatigue-related iochemical indicators,including the loaded-swimming time,blood urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid and liver glycogen.The results showed that the compound(M)group,compound(H)group and all single herbs groups could increase the swimming endurance of mice(P<0.05).The compound(M)group,ginseng group and Rhodiola group could reduce the content of urea nitrogen in mice(P<0.05).The area under the curve of serum urea of compound (M)group,antler group and Rhodiola group in exercise mice was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Ginseng,antler,polygonatum sibiricum and Rhodiola had synergistic effect of relieving physical fatigue.The Chinese traditional medicines in formula had a good synergy effect of relieving physical fatigue.
