中文摘要: 探讨含魔芋葡甘聚糖(konjac glucomannan,KGM)的魔芋重组米对2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。采用饲喂高脂纯化饲料联合腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(streptozocin,STZ)建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、天然大米干预组、魔芋重组米低、中、高剂量组(重组米中KGM含量分别为5%、10%、15%),饲料饮食干预30 d后测定大鼠体重、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、口服糖耐量(oral glucose tolerance,OGTT)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,GHb)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)及血清胰岛素(serum insulin,INS)水平。天然大米仅对2型糖尿病大鼠血清中INS、TG和TC含量有显著改善作用(P<0.05);而魔芋重组米低、中、高剂量组均能显著改善2型糖尿病大鼠的体重持续下降的现象(P<0.05),极显著降低FBG及OGTT水平(P<0.01),降低大鼠血清中INS、TG、TC及LDL-C含量,提高GHb及HDL-C含量。进食魔芋重组米可有效改善2型糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢,具有降血糖功能。
Abstract:To investigate the effect of recombinant konjac rice containing konjac glucomannan(KGM)on glycolipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats.A rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by feeding high fat purified feed combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ).Model rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,natural rice intervention group,low,medium and high dose group of konjac recombinant rice(KGM content in recombinant rice was 5%,10%,15%,respectively).After 30 days of dietary intervention,the weight,fasting blood glucose(FBG),oral glucose tolerance(OGTT),glycated hemoglobin(GHb),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and serum insulin(INS)levels of rats were measured.The results showed that natural rice could only significantly reduce the levels of INS,TG and TC in type 2 diabetic rats(P<0.05).In contrast,recombinant konjac rice could not only to prevent the loss of body weight of type 2 diabetic rats(P<0.05),but also significantly reduce their FBG (P<0.01)and OGTT (P<0.01),as well as decrease the levels of INS,TG,TC and LDL-C,and increase the content of GHb and HDL-C in their serum.It was concluded that replacing natural rice with Konjac recombinant rice could effectively improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid in type 2 diabetic rats and showed good hypoglycemic function.
