中文摘要: 以南充当地泡菜为材料,添加溴甲酚紫的MRS培养基进行平板涂布法初筛获得44株乳酸菌,再以降解重金属铅的能力大小为复筛指标,获得两株较高降解率的乳酸菌,并对这两株菌进行耐受铅的能力、产酸能力、耐酸和耐胆盐能力的测定。综合测定结果,最终选出降解铅的能力最强的PC12菌株作为目标菌株,并对其进行生理生化鉴定以及16SrDNA分子鉴定,确定该菌株为植物乳杆菌。
Abstract:44 lactic acid bacterias were isolated from the local kimchi of Nanchong by plate coating method.The MRS medium plate were used which bromocresol purple was added.The two lactic acid bacterias strains with higher degradation rate were obtained by using the rescreening index with the degradation of heavy metal lead.The lead tolerance,acid production,acid and bile tolerance were tested.Based on the comprehensive test results,the strain PC12 with the strongest lead degradation ability was selected as the target strain.Finally,the strain was identified as Lactobacillus plantarum by biochemical identification and 16SrDNA molecular.
