中文摘要: 为探究美极梅奇酵母(Metschnikowia pulcherrima)T-2作为水果采后保鲜生防制剂对动物和人体的安全性,采用限量法测定其急性毒性,并通过临床观察、血液学分析、血液生化检测、脏器系数和病理学检查,系统地评估美极梅奇酵母T-2对小鼠的毒性作用。结果表明:菌株T-2发酵液对大鼠的急性经口毒性为“无毒”级(LD50>10 g/kg);各剂量组小鼠均未出现明显的中毒症状,自由活动正常,饮食饮水正常,且无死亡个体。实验过程中各剂量组小鼠的体重、脏器系数、血液学指标、血液生化指标、组织病理学变化等各项指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,美极梅奇酵母T-2遗传代谢无毒,对动物有机体安全,具有进一步研究开发采后保鲜生防制剂的价值。
Abstract:To explore the safety of Metschnikovia pulcherrima T-2 as a postharvest fresh-keeping preparation for animals and humans beings,the acute toxicity was determined by the limited method,and the toxic effect of Metschnikowia pulcherrima T-2 on mice was systematically evaluated by clinical observation,hematological analysis,blood biochemical detection,organ coefficient and pathological examination.The results showed that the acute oral toxicity of the strain T-2 fermentation broth was “non-toxic”(LD50>10 g/kg);mice from different dose group did not appear toxic symptoms,even these mice had normal locomotoractivity,feeding and water intake and no dead individuals.During the test,the body weight,organ coefficient,hematology index,blood biochemical index,and histopathological changes of the mice in each dose group were not significantly different from the control group (P>0.05).In conclusion,Metschnikowia pulcherrima T-2 was non-toxic and safe for animal organisms and had the value of further research and development as a postharvest fresh-keeping preparation.
