中文摘要: 南极磷虾油是一种从南极磷虾中提取出来的功能性油脂,富含磷脂、Omega-3多不饱和脂肪酸,特别是二十碳五烯酸(eicosapentaenoic acid,EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoic acid,DHA)以及虾青素等活性物质,对人体有多种生理功能,包括预防心脑血管疾病、抗癌、提升脑部机能以及促进运动健康等。目前南极磷虾油的提取工艺主要包括有机溶剂提取法、超临界CO2萃取法、亚临界萃取法、酶解结合有机溶剂提取法及压榨法等。该文综述南极磷虾油的提取工艺及南极磷虾油的生理功能,为南极磷虾油的开发利用提供参考。
Abstract:The Antarctic krill oil is a multifunctional oil extracted from antarctic krill which contains abundant of phospholipids,omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid such as eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),and astaxanthin,which are beneficial for human physiological functions including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prevention,antitumous effects,and brain function improvement.The current extraction techniques of antarctic krill oil includes organic solvent extraction,supercritical-carbon dioxide extraction subcritical extraction,and enzyme-assisted extraction combining with organic solvent extraction and expelling method.The article reviewed extraction techniques of antarctic krill oil and its effects on human physiological functions,which provided references for the development and application of antarctic krill oil.
