中文摘要: 以桂花树叶为原料,用一定体积分数的乙醇溶液浸泡桂花树叶粉末一定的时间,加入一定量一定温度的热水使乙醇在植物组织内部沸腾,提取桂花树叶多糖。考察乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取温度和提取时间4个因素对桂花树叶中的多糖得率的影响。结果表明,乙醇体积分数为33%、液料比为22∶1(mL/g)、提取温度为70℃、提取时间为8 min时,桂花树叶多糖得率可达8.62%,多糖得率高,且试验重现性好,桂花树叶多糖具有良好的抗氧化活性。
Abstract:Using osmanthus leaves as raw materials,the osmanthus leaf powder was soaked with a certain volume fraction of ethanol solution for a certain period of time,and a certain amount of hot water at a certain temperature was added to extract the polysaccharides.The effected of ethanol volume fraction,liquid-to-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction of polysaccharides from osmanthus leaves were investigated.The results showed that the yield of polysaccharides reached 8.62%,when the ethanol volume fraction was 33%,the liquid-to-liquid ratio was 22∶1(mL/g),the extraction temperature was 70℃,and the extraction time was 8 min.The polysaccharide yield was high,and the experiment reproducibility was good.Osmanthus fragrans leaves polysaccharide has good antioxidant activity.
