中文摘要: 建立一种利用高效液相色谱法同时测定蛹虫草中虫草素、腺苷和麦角甾醇含量的方法,并对沈阳、广东、江苏3个产地的蛹虫草进行测定结果的比较。结果表明,虫草素、腺苷和麦角甾醇分别在5 μg/mL~65 μg/mL、5 μg/mL~35 μg/mL和25 μg/mL~300 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,江苏的虫草素含量最高,为1.3 mg/g,广东的含量最低,为0.5 mg/g,广东的腺苷和麦角甾醇含量最高分别为1.9、5.8 mg/g。不同产地蛹虫草中的腺苷、虫草素和麦角甾醇的含量差异较大;该方法准确性高,重复性好,适用于蛹虫草中腺苷、虫草素和麦角甾醇的含量测定,为其质量评价提供参考。
Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of cordycepin,adenosine and ergosterol in Cordyceps militaris by high performance liquid chromatography to compare the contents of Cordyceps militaris from Shenyang,Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces was established.The results showed that cordycepin,adenosine and ergosterol had a good linear relationship in the range of 5 μg/mL-65 μg/mL,5 μg/mL-35 μg/mL and 25 μg/mL-300 μg/mL,respectively.The highest content of cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris was 1.3 mg/g from Jiangsu,and the lowest was 0.5 mg/g from Guangdong.The highest content of adenosine and ergosterol was from Guangdong and the content was 1.9 mg/g and 5.8 mg/g.There was difference among the contents of cordycepin,adenosine and ergosterol in Cordyceps militaris from different areas;the method had high accuracy and good repeatability and could be used to determine them in Cordyceps militaris,and to provide the reference for the quality evaluation of Cordyceps militaris.
