中文摘要: 建立一种从滩羊尾部脂肪中提取共轭亚油酸的短程分子蒸馏技术,实现滩羊尾脂的高值化利用。以滩羊尾部组织为原料,对比不同提取时间、不同提取温度和不同料液比对羊尾油脂的提取效果,研究短程分子蒸馏技术提取油脂中共轭亚油酸的效果并对最佳提取工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,石油醚提取油脂效果要优于正己烷、环己烷和无水乙醇,通过响应面法确定最佳油脂提取条件为提取温度62℃、提取时间8 h以及料液比为1∶30(g/mL),在该条件下,油脂提取率为89.46%。根据不同脂肪酸的平均自由程不同,对提取的油脂进行分子蒸馏,确定当蒸馏温度为320℃,真空度为1 mbar时,可有效地从羊尾油脂中蒸馏出共轭亚油酸,此时蒸馏轻相中共轭亚油酸的含量为19.35 mg/g,比传统分馏方法产率高59.58%。
Abstract:In this study,a short-range molecular distillation technology was used to extract conjugated linoleic acid from the tail fat of Tan sheep,in order to obtain a high utilizable value.The tail tissue of Tan sheep was used as raw material and compared based on the influence of different material solvent ratio,time and temperature.Furthermore,the extraction condition was optimized,and the effect of the short-range molecular distillation technology on its extraction was analyzed.The results showed that solvent extraction by petroleum ether was relatively higher than those of n-hexane,cyclohexane and absolute ethanol in fat extraction.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by response surface methodology as follows:extraction temperature was 62℃,extraction time was 8 h,material solvent ratio was 1∶30 (g/mL),while the rate of fat extraction was 89.46%.According to the average free path of different fatty acids,the extracted fat was distilled by molecular distillation.This study therefore demonstrated that conjugated linoleic acid could be effectively distilled from the fat of sheep tail fat at 320℃ with a vacuum degree of 1 mbar.Furthermore,the content of the conjugated linoleic acid in distilled light phase was 19.35 mg/g,which was 59.58% higher than that of traditional fractionation method.
