Abstract:Rapeseed meal is a by-product of rapeseed oil extraction，and which is abundant in our country.Rapeseed meal contains polysaccharides which have various functional activities and broad application prospects in the food，medicine，health and health products field.The researches on the extraction，purification and functional activities of rapeseed meal polysaccharides have important practical significance for the efficient development and application of rapeseed meal，improving the added value of science and technology of rapeseed meal，extending the rapeseed industry chain and enhancing the comprehensive utilization of rapeseed resources.In this paper，research progress on domestic extraction，purification and functional activities of rapeseed meal polysaccharides were summarized and reviewed，problems were pointed out，and research directions were prospected，which provided references for the exploitation and further research on the polysaccharides from rapeseed meal.
