中文摘要: 菜籽粕是菜籽榨油后的副产品,在我国资源极为丰富。菜籽粕中含有多糖,具有多种功能活性,在食品、医药、卫生和保健品等领域有广阔的应用前景。研究菜籽粕多糖提取纯化及功能活性,对高效开发应用菜籽粕,提高菜籽粕科技附加值,延长菜籽产业链,提高菜籽资源综合利用效益,具有重要的实际意义。该文综述我国菜籽粕多糖的提取纯化及其功能活性方面的研究进展,指出存在问题,并展望其研究方向,为菜籽粕多糖开发利用及其进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Rapeseed meal is a by-product of rapeseed oil extraction,and which is abundant in our country.Rapeseed meal contains polysaccharides which have various functional activities and broad application prospects in the food,medicine,health and health products field.The researches on the extraction,purification and functional activities of rapeseed meal polysaccharides have important practical significance for the efficient development and application of rapeseed meal,improving the added value of science and technology of rapeseed meal,extending the rapeseed industry chain and enhancing the comprehensive utilization of rapeseed resources.In this paper,research progress on domestic extraction,purification and functional activities of rapeseed meal polysaccharides were summarized and reviewed,problems were pointed out,and research directions were prospected,which provided references for the exploitation and further research on the polysaccharides from rapeseed meal.
