中文摘要: 以辣木叶为原料,采用响应面法优化超声波辅助提取辣木叶多糖工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以料液比、提取时间、提取温度、超声功率为影响因素,辣木叶多糖得率为指标进行响应面优化试验,确定最佳提取工艺。结果表明,辣木叶多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶25(g/mL),提取时间43 min,提取温度83℃和超声功率105 W,在此条件下,辣木叶多糖得率预测值为7.39%,实际得率为7.36%。超声波辅助提取技术的应用能够显著缩短辣木叶多糖的提取时间,并提高其得率。

Abstract:In this work,the ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Moringa oleifera leaf was optimized response surface methodology.The effects of four independent factors,such as the ratio of water to raw material,extraction time,extraction temperature and ultrasound power,on the extraction yield of polysaccharides were investigated.The extraction process was then optimized via Box-Behnken design and the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of water to raw material of 1 ∶25 g/mL,extraction time of 43 min,extraction temperature of 83℃,and ultrasound power of 105 W.The experimental yield of polysaccharides was 7.36%under the optimal conditions,which was well matched with the predicted value of 7.39%,indicating the satisfactory predictability of develoed model.Overall,ultrasound extraction technology could significantly shorten the polysaccharide extracting time,and improve its yield.
