中文摘要: 该文以不同品种柑橘果皮中多甲氧基黄酮(polymethoxy flavonoids,PMFs)的提取检测为目的,建立乙醇索氏提取结合高效液相色谱检测PMFs的方法。结果表明,6种PMFs在2.5 μg/mL~500 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2≥0.999 5),日内、日间精密度均小于2.8%,方法回收率在97.6%~103.9%之间。采用乙醇索氏提取,提取物经该方法分离检测,对分离后9种不同品种柑橘果皮中PMFs含量进行检测,结果表明,不同品种柑橘果皮中的多甲氧基黄酮含量有明显差异。
Abstract:The aim of this research was to establish a soxhlet extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method to extract and analysis of the polymethoxy flavonoids (PMFs)in different variaties of citrus peel.Experimental results showed six PMFs were well separated,with good linear relationship between 2.5 μg/mL-500 μg/mL(R2≥0.999 5),the interday and intraday variation of were all below 2.8%and the recovery rate was between 97.6%and 103.9%.Soxhlet extraction with ethanol as solvent to extract PMFs from different varieties of citrus peel,and the extracts were analyzed by the established method.The results showed that the content of polymethoxy flavonoids in nine different varieties of citrus peel was significantly dif-ferent.
