常温下黑曲霉对刺伤红提葡萄的致病规律研究及拮抗菌筛选

中文摘要: 针对红提葡萄采后常温微生物病害的问题,以红提葡萄为试材,黑曲霉为模式菌株,模拟常温销售过程中不同程度的机械伤及黑曲霉侵染,在此基础上,通过离体和活体双重试验,筛选出采后黑曲霉病害的最佳拮抗菌。结果表明:模拟刺破伤口3 mm~4 mm,病原菌接种量105spores/mL时,病斑伤害最大,拮抗酵母菌YT-2对黑曲霉抑制效果最佳,离体抑菌直径为(15.76±1.79)mm,活体条件下对黑曲霉抑制率为100%。

Abstract:Aim to effectively solve the microbe diseases of postharvest grapes at room temperature,using red globe grapes as material and Aspergillus niger as the mode strain to simulate infection in the cases of the different mechanical stab wound under the condition of normal marketable temperature.On this basis,the best antagonistic bacteria of Aspergillus niger diseases of postharvest red-grapes was screened by in vitro and in vivo.The results showed that the injury was most obvious when the wound was 3 mm-4 mm,the inoculated pathogen amount for 105spores/mL.The results also showed that the antagonistic yeast YT-2 had the best inhibitory action on Aspergillus niger,the in vitro inhibition diameter was (15.76±1.79)mm,and its inhibitory rate of Aspergillus niger was 100%in vivo.
