中文摘要: 为探究不同溶剂对壳聚糖溶解及其溶液性质的影响,分别选用不同浓度的甲酸与乙酸,在不同温度和时间的条件下溶解不同质量分数的壳聚糖,并就其溶液的pH值、电导率和黏度等进行表征分析。结果表明,以甲酸为溶剂的壳聚糖溶液体系更有利于壳聚糖的溶解;温度对壳聚糖溶液的影响与酸种类没有明显的关系,随着温度的变化两种酸溶壳聚糖溶液的性质基本一致;当溶液中酸浓度大于1%时,以甲酸为溶剂的壳聚糖溶液具有更高的黏度,且可在一定时间内保持相对稳定。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence of different solvents on the dissolution of chitosan and its solution properties,different concentrations of formic acid and acetic acid were selected to dissolve chitosan with different mass fractions at different temperatures and times,and the pH value,electrical conductivity and viscosity of the solution were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that chitosan solution system with formic acid as solvent was more favorable to the dissolution of chitosan.The influence of temperature on chitosan solution was not obviously related to the type of acid.When the concentration of acid in solution was more than 1%,chitosan solution with formic acid as solvent had higher viscosity and could remain relatively stable for a certain period of time.
