中文摘要: 花生红衣(peanut skin,PS)为花生及其制品在生产加工过程中的副产物。目前,除少数被用于动物饲料与制药外,其余多被作为废弃物处理,造成了极大的资源浪费和环境污染。PS中存在着大量的原花青素(peanut skin procyanidins,PSPc),是一类广泛存在于植物中的多酚类物质。研究表明,PSPc具有良好的抗氧化、抑菌、降血糖等多种生理学功能,可作为一种天然安全、绿色健康的活性物质,具有广阔的开发价值与应用前景。该文根据近年来对PSPc的研究重点,综述PSPc的理化性质、生物学功能以及提取方法,对现存问题进行分析,并结合实际展望PSPc未来发展趋势,旨在为PSPc的合理开发与综合利用提供理论依据及参考。
Abstract:Peanut skin (PS)is consumed as the by-product of the production process of Peanut and its products.At present,most PS is treated as waste and only a part of PS is used in animal feeds and pharmaceutical products,which has caused a great waste of resources and environmental pollution.Studies have shown that PS contains a large amount of peanut skin procyanidins (PSPc),which is a kind of polyphenols widely found in plants.Peanut skin procyanidins (PSPc)is found in PS,which is a kind of polyphenols widely exists in plants.Some studies have revealed that PSPc possesses well antioxidant,anti-bacteria and hypoglycemic functions,thus it has broad development value and application prospect,as a naturally safe,green and healthy active substance.This paper summarized the lastest research status of physical and chemical properties,biological functions and extraction methods on PSPc and analyzed the existing problems and development strategies in the study of PSPc.It was of great significance to provide a theoretical basis and guidance about the rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of PSPc.
