中文摘要: 采用DPPH法,以羟基自由基半数清除率IC50为考察指标,优选桑椹抗氧化活性成分群提取工艺,评价不同产地、流通地、采摘与市售不同批次桑椹的抗氧化能力。对提取方法、提取溶剂、固液比、提取时间进行单因素考察基础上,按L9(34)三因素三水平表进行正交试验优选桑椹活性成分群提取方法。最佳提取工艺为0.3 g桑椹粉末,加入50%乙醇20 mL,超声提取30 min,各批次桑椹抗氧化活性IC50在0.041~0.456之间。

Abstract:DPPH method and IC50of the half-value clearance of hydroxyl radical was used to optimize the extraction process of Mori Fructus antioxidant active components,and the antioxidant capacity of Mori Fructus in different place of origin,circulation areas,picking and purchase batches was evaluated.On the basis of single factor investigation of extraction method,extraction solvent,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time,orthogonal test was carried out according to L9(34)three-factor three-level table to optimize the extraction method of Mori Fructus active component group.The optimal extraction process was 0.3 g,20 mL 50%ethanol,30 min ultrasonic extraction,and the antioxidant activity IC50of each batch ranged from 0.041 to 0.456.
