中文摘要: 在 pH4.80 Britton-Robinson(B-R)缓冲体系中,铝离子(Al3+)与铬天青 S(chrome azurol S,CAS)形成二元络合物,氟离子(F-)的加入对Al3+-CAS二元络合物形成具有竞争性抑制作用,使该体系发生褪色反应,吸光度降低,向该体系中加入离子液体溴化1-十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑([C16MIM]Br)使得上述体系吸光度的改变值更加显著。并在645 nm波长处有最大吸收,氟离子质量浓度在0.050 mg/L~1.0 mg/L内符合朗伯比尔定律。在最佳试验条件下,线性回归方程为 A645=0.878C(mg/L)+0.052 4,回归系数 R=0.999 2,络合物的摩尔吸光系数 ε645=1.67×104L/mol·cm。将该法用于南极磷虾中氟含量的测定,结果与氟离子选择电极法测定结果一致,回收率95.8%~106.9%之间。

Abstract:In the presence of Britton-Robinson(B-R)buffer solution of pH 4.80,aluminum ions(Al3+)form a binary complex with chrome azurol S (CAS).The colour reaction of Al3+with CAS could be inhibited by adding the fluorine ion (F-),and the maximum absorption was reduced.The change of absorbance could be sensitized by adding the ionic liquid 1-cetyll-3-methylimidazole bromide ([C16MIM]Br).The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was at 645 nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient of the complex was 1.67× 104L/mol·cm.Beer's law was obeyed for F-in the range of 0.050 mg/L-1.0 mg/L.Under optimal conditions,the linear regression equation was A645=0.878C(mg/L)+0.052 4 for fluoride ion with good correlation coefficients R=0.999 2.The developed method was applied to the determination of fluorine ion from Antarctic krill samples,the recoveries were in the range of 95.8%-106.9%,consistent with fluoride ion selective electrode method.
