中文摘要: 电子鼻又称气味指纹仪,由传感系统和模式识别系统相结合的具有快速无损检测多种气味分子的一种智能装置。由于对监测领域的高自动化要求越来越急迫,互联网加模式下的电子鼻充分显示了在检测领域的应用潜力。该文先对电子鼻的工作原理进行简单陈述,在此基础上综述以互联网为载体的电子鼻技术在食品加工检测、医疗监测、环境监测领域的应用进展以及可拓展领域进行介绍,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望。

Abstract:The electronic nose is also known as the odor fingerprint sensor,which combines the sensing system and the pattern recognition system with a smart device which can detect various odor molecules quickly.Due to the increasing urgency of high automation in the field of monitoring,the electronic nose in Internet plus mode fully shows the application potential in the detection field.This article first to the working principle of electronic nose for a simple statement,on the basis of reviewed by Internet as the carrier of electronic nose technology in food processing applications in the field of detection,medical monitoring,environment monitoring progress and scalable.And the future development trend was prospected.
