中文摘要: 葛仙米是一种含有多种活性物质且具有各种生理活性的新食品原料。该文对葛仙米的主要化学成分和活性物质,及其在抗氧化、抑菌消炎、增强免疫、抑制肿瘤、调节胆固醇代谢以及抗凝血等方面的生理活性进行综述,并在此基础之上探讨葛仙米今后的研究方向与应用前景,为葛仙米的进一步深度合理开发利用提供重要参考。
Abstract:Nostoc sphaeroids kützing is a new food material with many bioactive components and various biological activities.In this paper,the main chemical composition and bioactive components of Nostoc sphaeroids kützing were reviewed,and the biological activities in antioxidant,antimicrobia and anti -inflammatory,enhanced immunity,anticancer,adjusting cholesterol metabolism and anticoagulant effects were systematically summarized.Moreover,the future researches and applications were discussed.It provided useful information for the further rational development and utilization of Nostoc sphaeroids kützing.
