中文摘要: 对沙蚕多糖提取工艺条件的优化和抗氧化活性进行研究。在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法对温度、料液比、时间3 个因素进行优化。在提取温度83 ℃、料液比1∶25(g/mL)、提取时间3.5 h 的最佳条件下,沙蚕多糖的提取率为1.76%,与预测值1.77%相当。经测定沙蚕多糖对羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH 自由基均有较好的清除作用,表明沙蚕多糖具有抗氧化活性。

Abstract:Extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Nereis succinea (PNS)were optimized by using response surface methodology and the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides was tested.The three main factors affecting the extraction yield of polysaccharides were tested and optimized by using response surface methodology based on single factor test. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:extraction temperature 83 ℃,extraction time 3.5 h,material-liquid ratio 1∶25 (g/mL).Under the optimal condition,the extraction yield of polysaccharides was 1.76 %,which was similar to the predicted value 1.77 %. The scavenging activity of polysaccharides to hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical and DPPH radical were strong.The results showed that the polysaccharides from Nereis succinea have antioxidant activity.
