中文摘要: 以热带睡莲精油得率为考察指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验对热带睡莲精油的超临界CO2萃取工艺进行优化。采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(gas chromatgraphy-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分析萃取精油中的挥发性组分。优化试验结果表明,超临界CO2萃取热带睡莲精油的最优工艺条件为:萃取压力27.5 MPa,萃取温度45℃,循环萃取时间120 min,此时的精油得率为1.92%。精油挥发性成分分析结果表明:从萃取所得的睡莲精油中共鉴定出42种挥发性成分,其中含量超过5%的优势成分有5种,这些成分包括6,9-十七碳二烯(含量为25.406%)、十五烷(含量为22.010%)、苄基醇(含量为11.011%)、8-十七碳烯(含量为9.916%)和金合欢烯(含量为8.601%)。
Abstract:With the yield of essential oil from tropical water lily as an investigation index,the single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimizing the supercritical CO2extraction process of essential oil from tropical water lily.Volatiles in essential oil were investigated by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method(GC-MS).The optimization test result showed that the optimum supercritical CO2extraction conditions of essential oil from tropical water lily were as follow:extraction pressure was 27.5 MPa,extraction temperature was 45℃and cyclic extraction time was 120 min.The extraction rate of essential oil was 1.92%with the optimum process conditions.The analysis result showed that about 42 volatile compounds were identified in essential oil by the supercritical CO2extraction technology.There were 5 dominant components whose relative content in essential oil was above 5%.These components included that 6,9-heptadecadiene (the content was 25.406%),pentadecane(the content was 22.010%),benzyl alcohol(the content was 11.011%),8-heptadecene(the content was 9.916%)and farnesene(the content was 8.601%).
