中文摘要: 该文根据国家对保健食品的相关要求,对鹿皮胶进行较全面的毒理安全性评价试验,探讨鹿皮胶的食用安全性。按相关方法,对鹿皮胶进行小鼠急性毒性实验、小鼠亚慢性毒性实验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验、小鼠精子畸形实验和Ames试验。鹿皮胶样品剂量为15.00 g/kg时,动物未出现死亡,说明鹿皮胶样品的经口急性毒性的半数致死剂量(LD50)>10.00 g/kg,鹿皮胶样品属于无毒物质;亚慢性毒性实验中,各剂量组与对照组在血常规、血液生化指标、脏器系数、病理组织学等方面均无明显差异,说明鹿皮胶样品在合理使用范围内不会对受试动物产生慢性毒性;小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验、小鼠精子畸形实验以及Ames试验结果均为阴性,未观察到鹿皮胶的遗传毒性。研究结果表明鹿皮胶未见急性毒性与亚慢性毒性、遗传毒性以及致畸性,鹿皮胶作为一种新资源食品可开发利用。
Abstract:To explore the food safety of deer hide glue,a comprehensive toxicological safety evaluation test was carried out according to the relevant national requirements for health food.Acute toxicity test,subchronic toxicity test,micronucleus test of bone marrow cells,sperm deformity test and Ames test of deerskin glue were carried out according to relevant methods.When the dosage of deer hide glue sample was 15.00 g/kg,no animal died,indicating that the oral acute toxicity lethal dose 50 %(LD50)of deer hide glue sample was more than 10.00 g/kg and deer hide glue sample belonged to non-toxic substance.In subchronic toxicity test,there were no significant differences in blood routine,blood biochemical index,organ coefficient and pathological histology between each dose group and control group,indicating that deer hide glue sample had no significant difference.The results of micronucleus test of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte in mice,sperm deformity test in mice and Ames test were negative,and no genetic toxicity of deer hide glue was observed.Deer hide glue has no acute toxicity,subchronic toxicity,genetic toxicity and teratogenicity.Deer hide glue could be exploited as a new resource food.
