红景天当归不同配伍对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

中文摘要: 探索红景天和当归不同配伍比例对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。进行细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫3 个实验,每个实验设置7 组,分别为对照组(C)、模型组(M),红景天组(R)、当归组(A)、红景天当归相当于生药材质量比 2 ∶1(RA1)配伍组、1 ∶2(RA2)配伍组、1 ∶2(RA3)配伍组。以环磷酰胺造成免疫低下小鼠模型,分别以胸腺指数、脾脏指数、左右耳肿胀差、半数溶血值、吞噬速率K 值及吞噬指数a 为指标,分析红景天当归配伍对小鼠免疫功能的影响。配伍组明显促进小鼠的胸腺指数增长(P<0.05)和脾脏指数增长(P<0.05),明显增强小鼠迟发型变态反应的强度(P<0.05),明显提高半数溶血值(P<0.05),促进吞噬指数(α)明显增高(P<0.05),及吞噬速率(K)显著增加(P<0.01)。红景天和当归配伍对免疫低下小鼠的免功能具有增强作用,推测红景天和当归对免疫低下小鼠具有提高免疫功能的协同作用。

Abstract:Different compatibility ratios of rhodiola and angelica were used to explore the effects of immune function in mice.Conducted three experiments of cellular immunity,humoral immunity,and non-specific immunity.Seven groups were set up for each experiment,which were control group (C),model group(M),rhodiola group(R),angelica group(A),rhodiola and angelica equivalent mass ratio of crude drug 2 ∶1(RA1)combination group,1 ∶2(RA2)combination group,1 ∶2(RA3)combination group.An immunocompromised mouse model was induced with cyclophosphamide,and the thymus index,spleen index,left and right ear swelling difference,half hemolysis value,phagocytic rate K value and phagocytic index a were used as indicators to analyze the effects of rhodiola and angelica on the immune function of mice.The compatibility group significantly promoted the increase of thymus index (P<0.05)and spleen index (P<0.05),and significantly enhanced the intensity of delayed type hypersensitivity in mice (P<0.05),and significantly increased the half hemolysis value (P<0.05).),the phagocytic index (α)was significantly increased (P<0.05),and the phagocytic rate (K)was significantly increased (P<0.01).The combination of rhodiola and angelica has an enhanced effect on the immune function of immunocompromised mice.It is speculated that Rho-diola and Angelica have synergistic effects on immune function in immunocompromised mice.
