中文摘要: 通过响应面法优化超声辅助提取黑芝麻黑色素的萃取条件。以黑芝麻为原料,黑芝麻黑色素得率及色价为指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化黑芝麻黑色素的提取条件。结果表明,黑芝麻黑色素最佳提取工艺条件为:超声提取时间45 min,料液比1 ∶5(g/mL),提取功率80%,提取温度50 ℃。按优选工艺条件下测定黑芝麻黑色素提取得率4.438%,色价为197.318。验证试验证明结果稳定,具有生产应用价值。

Abstract:Response surface methodology was used to optimize extraction conditions of black sesame melanin from black sesame with ultrasonic assist solution.Use black sesame as raw material,black sesame melanin rate and color price as index,on the basis of single factor experiment,optimizing the extraction condition of black sesame melanin by response surface method.The best extraction conditions of black sesame melanin were that ultrasonic extracting time 45 min,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶5(g/mL),extraction power 80%,extraction temperature 50 ℃.By optimizing process,the extraction rate of black sesame melanin was 4.438 %,color value was 197.318.The test results were stable which had production application value.
