中文摘要: 决明子作为重要传统中药，具有清热明目、润肠通便的功效。决明子多糖作为其众多有效成分中的一种，具有很好的增强机体免疫、抗菌、抗氧化、明目和降血糖血脂等作用。为更好地开发利用决明子多糖，对近几年来决明子多糖的提取方法、分离纯化和药理作用及机制进行综述，为决明子多糖的深度开发利用提供理论依据，并对其发展前景进行展望。
Abstract:Semen cassiae，as an important traditional Chinese medicine，has the effect of clearing heat and clearing eyes，moistening intestines and relieving constipation.Semen cassiae polysaccharides as one of its active ingredients has significant actions of enhancing immune，anti-microbial，antioxidant，improve eyesight，reducing blood glucose and blood lipid levels and so on.In order to further investigate the convenience of Semen cassiae polysaccharides，this paper summarized the extraction methods， separation and purification，pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Semen cassiae polysaccharides in recent years，provided a theoretical basis for the further development and deep utilization of Semen cassiae polysaccharides，and prospected its development prospects.
