响应面优化蝉花孢梗束麦角甾醇超声波协同微波辅助提取工艺

中文摘要: 研究超声波协同微波辅助提取蝉花孢梗束中麦角甾醇的工艺。考察提取时间、乙醇浓度、液料比、超声波功率对麦角甾醇提取得率的影响,然后选用提取时间、液料比、超声波功率3 个因素进行响应面优化试验。结果表明,蝉花孢梗束中麦角甾醇最佳工艺为提取时间15 min,超声波功率120 W,液料比80 ∶1(mL/g),提取溶剂95%乙醇,微波功率100 W。此条件下,麦角甾醇提取得率为2.68 mg/g,与超声波破碎法的麦角甾醇提取得率2.13 mg/g 相比,高出25.82%。
Abstract:The ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction technology of ergosterol from synnemata of Isaria cicadae was studied.The effects of extraction time,ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic power on the extraction yield of ergosterol were investigated.And then response surface methodology was performed to optimize the extraction process by using three factors:extraction time,liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic power.The results indicated that optimal condition was as follows:extraction time 15 min,ultrasonic power 120 W,liquid-solid ratio 80 ∶1 (mL/g),solvent 95%ethanol and microwave power 100 W.Under the optimal conditions,the ergosterol extraction yield was 2.68 mg/g,which was 25.82 % higher than the yield of 2.13 mg/g obtained by the ultrasonic extraction.
