中文摘要: 建立高通量密闭微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer,ICPMS)测定食品中锗含量的检测方法。试验研究高通量密闭微波消解样品和高压密闭罐消解样品测试结果比对试验、锗的干扰试验、方法的检出限、精密度和准确度试验、加标回收试验,结果表明:方法检出限为:0.9 μg/kg;相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)为5.1%~17.8%之间;相对误差(relative error,RE)为 2.7%~12.6%之间;加标回收率在94.0%~105%之间,满足DD2005-03《区域生态地球化学调查评价样品分析技术要求》中的质量控制要求。对不同种类食品标准物质进行测定验证方法的准确度,测定结果与标准值相吻合。
Abstract:A method for the determination of germanium in food by high throughput closed microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.Comparisons of test results between high throughput closed microwave digestion and high pressure sealed tank digestion,interference experiment of germanium,detection limit of instrument and method,precision and accuracy of method,recovery experiment of adding standard were studied.The results showed that detection limit of method was 0.9 μg/kg;relative standard deviation(RSD)was 5.1%-17.8%;relative error (RE)was 2.7 %-12.6 %;recovery of adding standard was 94.0 %-105 %.In addition,it meets the quality control requirements of DD2005 -03 《Requirements for Sample Analysis Technology in Regional Ecogeochemical Survey and Evaluation》.Different kinds of food reference materials were determined,and the results were in the reference range.
