中文摘要: 以酿酒后的山葡萄籽为材料,选择石油醚和氯仿/甲醇提取山葡萄籽油,应用气相色谱-质谱法对山葡萄籽油的脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明:山葡萄籽油含量在9%以上,脂类成分中甘油三酯占80%以上,中性脂约占7%,磷脂约占10%。山葡萄籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量超过83%,饱和脂肪酸含量约为10%。山葡萄籽油的脂肪酸组成中亚油酸含量超过67%,油酸含量在16%以上,棕榈酸含量约8%,硬脂酸含量约为2%。

Abstract:Grape seed oil was extracted from the brewing mountain grape seeds with petroleum ether and chloroform/methanol,and the fatty acid composition in which was analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the content of grape seed oil was 9%,which was composed of triglyceride(80%),neutral lipids(7%)and phospholipids(10%).The content of unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid in grape seed oil were 83%and 10%,respectively.There were four kinds of important fatty acids in grape seed oil,including linoleic acid(67 %),oleic acid(16 %),palmic acid(8 %)and stearic acid(2%).
