荔枝多酚对营养性肥胖小鼠减肥和增强免疫力作用研究

中文摘要: 建立营养性肥胖小鼠模型,探讨荔枝多酚(litchi polyphenol,LP)减肥和增强免疫力作用。72 只C57BL/6 小鼠随机分为正常组12 只,饲喂基础饲料,高脂组60 只,饲喂高脂饲料,饲喂高脂饲料4 周后,60 只小鼠随机分为模型组、左旋肉碱组(500 mg/kg)、荔枝多酚低剂量组(300 mg/kg)、中剂量组(400 mg/kg)、高剂量组(500 mg/kg),每组 12 只,动物继续饲喂高脂饲料,同时各组小鼠灌胃上述药物2 周。试验结束后比较各组小鼠体重、脂肪重量、Lee's 指数、脾脏指数和胸腺指数及免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)含量。荔枝多酚高剂量组体重、Lee's 指数、肠系膜、双肾周、附睾的脂肪重量显著低于模型组(p<0.05),中剂量组、低剂量组的双肾周、附睾湿重低于模型组(p<0.05);荔枝多酚高剂量组小鼠血清中的IgA 含量显著高于模型组(p<0.05),中剂量、低剂量组的IgG、IgM 显著高于模型组。LP 对高脂饲料诱导的肥胖大鼠具有抑制饮食量、降低体重,具有明显的减肥和提高免疫力作用。
Abstract:To research the effect of litchi polyphenol (LP)on weight loss and immunity enhancement by nutritionally obesity models.72 C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into two groups.12 mice in the normal control group were fed basic feed and 60 mice in the high-fat group were fed high-fat feed.After feeding high fat diet for 4 weeks,60 mice were randomly divided into model group,L-carnitine group(500 mg/kg),low dosage group of LP(300 mg/kg),medium dosage group(400 mg/kg),high dosage group(500 mg/kg),and 12 mice in each group.Animals continued to be fed high-fat diets,while mice in each group were given the above drugs for 2 weeks by gavage.After the experiment,weight,fat weight,Lee's index,spleen index and thymus index and(immunoglobulin A)IgA,immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)contents of mice in each group were compared.Compared with model group,the mice weight,Lee's index,fat weight of mesentery,double kidney week,epididymis of dosage group of LP were reduced significantly (p<0.05),fat weight of double kidney week,epididymis of middle and low dose group were lower than that in the model group (p<0.05).The content of IgA in the serum of high dosage group of LP was significantly higher than that of the model group(p<0.05).Compared with the model group,middle dose group and low dose group had higher difference in IgM and IgG.The research results shoed that LP could inhibit the diet amount and reduce the weight of obese rats induced by high-fat feed and has obvious effect of losing weight and improving immunity.
