中文摘要: 建立微波消解桃金娘果,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry ,ICP-AES) 测定 Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr、Fe、Mn、Al、Ti、B、Sr、Mo、Ba、Co、Si、K、Na、Ca 和 Mg 20 种元素质量浓度的分析方法。20 个元素在其线性范围内线性关系良好,r 在0.999 4~0.999 9 之间,平均回收率在90.7%~98.6%之间,RSD<4%(n=6),满足检测要求。ICP-AES 可同时测定多种元素,方法快便,结果准确,重复性好。
Abstract:Setting up the Microwave digestion method of Myrtle fruit,Twenty kinds element concentration including Cu、Pb、Zn、Ni、Cd、Cr、Fe、Mn、Al、Ti、B、Sr、Mo、Ba、Co、Si、K、Na、Ca and Mg were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Experimental results showed that linear relationship was good,r was between 0.999 4 and 0.999 9.Average recovery rate was between 90.7%and 98.6%,RSD was less than 4 %(n=6).The results met requirement of microanalysis.ICP-AES method was rapid,accurate and convenient,and could be used to determine various trace elements.
