中文摘要: 建立同位素内标超高效液相色谱串联质谱法同时测定黄酒中2-甲基咪唑和4-甲基咪唑的定量分析方法。样品加入同位素内标后,以质量分数1%的三氯乙酸提取,经MCX 固相萃取柱净化,超高效液相色谱串联质谱分离并检测,内标法定量。在优化条件下,2-甲基咪唑和4-甲基咪唑的检出限分别为0.5 μg/kg 和0.05 μg/kg,在0.1 ng/mL~1 000 ng/mL 和1 ng/mL~1 000 ng/mL 浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999。
Abstract:A quantitative method for the determination of 2-methylimidazole and 4-methylimidazole in yellow wine by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with isotope internal standard dilution was established.The isotope internal standard was added to the sample.The sample was extracted with 1 % trichloroacetic acid,and then purified by the the MCX solid phase extraction column.It was detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-series mass spectrometry and quantified by internal standard method.Under optimal conditions,the detection limits of 2-methylimidazole and 4-methylimidazole were 0.5 μg/kg and 0.05 μg/kg,respectively,the linear relationship was good in the concentration ranges of 0.1 ng/mL~1 000 ng/mL and 1 ng/mL~1 000 ng/mL.The linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.
