中文摘要: 作为快速检测生物分子的工具,生物传感器在食品、农作物及临床医学的致病菌检测与诊断领域具有巨大应用潜力,其中可视化光学生物传感器由于其高灵敏度、高精度和高选择性等特征而受到广泛关注。综述比色光学生物传感器、等离子体光学生物传感器、微流体光学生物传感器近年来的最新进展。讨论并总结各种光学生物传感器的特性与局限性。论述多元化集成光学生物传感器在今后食品安全检测与监管方面的应用前景。
Abstract:Biosensor,as a tool for rapid detection of biomolecules,has shown its great potential of application in detection and diagnosis of pathogenic bacteria in food,crops,clinical medicine,and other fields.And visual optical biosensor has attracted much attention because of its advantages of quickness,sensitivity,accuracy and high selectivity.This paper mainly summarized the latest research progresses from three aspects of colorimetric optical biosensor,plasma optical biosensor and microfluid optical biosensor,discussed characteristics,application fields and main problems of various optical biosensors,and expounded the application prospects of diversified integrated optical biosensors in the field of detection and supervision on food safety in the future.
