中文摘要: 以刺三加根为原料,采用正交试验设计优化刺三加根中总多酚的最佳超声辅助提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度等因素对刺三加根中总多酚提取率的影响。结果表明:在乙醇体积分数为35%、料液比为1∶30(g/mL)、提取时间为45 min、提取温度为60 ℃条件下,总多酚提取率最高,其平均值为1.34%。平均加标回收率为99.59%,相对标准偏差为1.27%。
Abstract:Using Acanthopanan trifoliatus roots as raw material,the optimum of ultrasonic extraction conditions for total polyphenols from Acanthopanan trifoliatus roots by orthogonal design was studied.On the basis of single factor experiments,the L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was adopted,and the effects of ethanol concentration,the ratio of material to liquid,the extraction time and the extraction temperature on the extraction rate of total polyphenols in the Acanthopanan trifoliatus roots were investigated.When the extraction rate of total polyphenols was the highest,the average extraction rate of total polyphenols was 1.34%under the condition of 35%etanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30(g/mL),extraction time of 45 min,extraction temperature of 60 ℃.The average added standard recovery rate was 99.59%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.27%.
