中文摘要: 以云南西北部地区的野生植物贯筋藤鲜茎为原料,通过水提醇沉法研究提取工艺参数,并对其理化性质、提取率、含量、单糖组成进行研究。贯筋藤多糖呈灰白色粉末状,溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂,碘-碘化钾反应呈阴性,说明提取物为非淀粉性多糖。确定提取工艺参数为浸提温度75℃、浸提时间60 min、料液比1∶25(g/mL),多糖得率7.04%,总糖含量为16.7%,气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)检测分析结果贯筋藤多糖由5种单糖组成,葡萄糖80.3%、半乳糖11.7%、甘露糖3.98%、阿拉伯糖3.69%、岩藻糖0.349%,其中葡萄糖和半乳糖是主要成分。
Abstract:The polysaccharide was extracted from the branches of Dregea sinensis Hemsl.in northwest Yunnan using water extraction and alcohol precipitation and its physicochemical property,the yield and content of polysaccharides,monosaccharide composition were studied.The polysaccharide was gray-white powder,soluble in water,insoluble in organic solvents,and negative for iodine-potassium iodide,indicating that the extract was a non-amyloid polysaccharide.The optimal conditions that provided maximum polysaccharide yield(7.04%)and total sugar content(16.7%)were found as follows:extraction temperature 75℃,extracting time 60 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g/mL).Dregea sinensis Hemsl.polysaccharide was composed of glucose 80.3%,galactose 11.7%,arabinose 3.98%,arabinose 3.69%,and a small amount of fucose 0.349%,which indicated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis,glucose and galactose took a major proportion.
